Last updated: August 2026. EZ Garage Door Redondo takes bookings by phone only. This page explains what that means for your information.
Only what you tell us on the phone: your name, the number you called from, the service address and what you describe about the door. This site has no contact form, no signup and no login, so nothing on it collects your details in the background.
To call you back, schedule the visit and get the right technician to the right address with the right parts. It stays inside the company.
Calling us is an invitation to call you back about that job and that job only. We do not run marketing call campaigns and we do not send marketing text messages. If we use a call tracking number, the call may be logged for dispatch and quality purposes.
We use standard website analytics to see which pages are read and which buttons are tapped. It records the page viewed, roughly what region you are in and what device you used. It does not tell us who you are. Your browser settings can block it.
No advertising cookies and no third-party ad trackers are set by this site.
Job records are kept while we are working with you and afterwards as the business record of the work, which is what supports the workmanship warranty. If you called for a quote and never hired us, ask and we will delete it.
You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA. We do not sell personal information.
This site is static and served from a content delivery network, which handles the request in the ordinary course of serving the page. Nobody else receives your details.
If this policy changes, the updated version replaces this one on this page.
Questions, or a request to see or delete what we hold, go to the same place everything else does. Give us a call and ask for the owner.
